Crock-pot Spinach Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen spinach, thawed, chopped and drained
- 2 cups cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup butter, cut into chunks
- 3/4 cup cubed american cheese
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl.
- 2 pour into greased greased crockpot.
- 3 cover and cook on high for one hour.
- 4 turn to low cook 4-5 hours.
