Garlic Kissed Tomatoes

Ingredients

• Servings: 4
• 6 firm tomatoes or 6 green tomatoes, cut into chunks
• 2 cloves garlic, crushed
• 1 tablespoon canola oil
• salt
• black pepper

Recipe

• 1 heat oil and add crushed garlic.
• 2 wait for a few seconds and turn the heat off.
• 3 toss tomatoes, hot oil with garlic, salt and black pepper powder and spread on greased baking tray.
• 4 keep in the preheated oven for 7-10 minutes.
• 5 serve warm with any dish of your choice!
