Green Beans From A Can

Total Time: 12 mins Preparation Time: 2 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 (14 1/2 ounce) cans green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter or 2 tablespoons margarine

Recipe

  • 1 reserve approximately 2oz of liquid from each can used.
  • 2 drain the rest of the liquid from the cans.
  • 3 put the 4oz reserved can liquid in a fry type pan. add large lump of butter. bring to a boil.
  • 4 add beans, salt and pepper,cover.
  • 5 cook on medium high heat until nearly all the liquid is gone. check on and stir. you may turn to a low temperature after intial boil and let it cook slower. they will be best if nearly all or all liquid is gone.
