Ingredients

- 2 grapefruits, halved
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoons honey (or to taste)
- mint (to garnish) (optional)
Recipe
- 1 use a knife to separate the grapefruit into sections.
- 2 sprinkle 1/2 tbsp of brown sugar on each half.
- 3 drizzle 1/2 tbsp of honey on each half.
- 4 bake at 350 for 12 to 15 minutes or until top has formed a carmalized crust.
- 5 garnish with mint.
