Dark Fruit Salad

Total Time: 1 hr Preparation Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • 4 cups cherries (dark fruit) or 4 cups blackberries (dark fruit) or 4 cups raspberries (dark fruit) or 4 cups red delicious apples (dark fruit) or 4 cups plums (dark fruit) or 4 cups red grapes (dark fruit) or 4 cups blueberries (dark fruit)
  • 1/4 cup light brown sugar
  • 1 (6 ounce) container light vanilla yogurt

Recipe

  • 1 wash all fruit.
  • 2 remove pits from cherries and halve.
  • 3 dice apples and plums(do not peel).
  • 4 remove grapes from stems.
  • 5 place fruit in large bowl.
  • 6 sprinkle brown sugar over fruit and stir.
  • 7 pour yogurt over fruit and stir.
  • 8 refrigerate until ready to serve.
