Honey-glazed Vegetables

Ingredients

- 1 can beef broth
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon orange zest
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 2 lbs sweet potatoes, peeled cooked,drained,and cut up
Recipe
- 1 in a skillet combine beef broth, honey, cornstarch, grated orange peel, and ground cinnamon.
- 2 heat over medium heat and cook until thickened, stirring constantly.
- 3 add sweet potatoes and cook over low heat for 10 min.
- 4 ,basting frequently.
- 5 serve and enjoy.
