Fresh Corn Casserole

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 8 ears corn, remove kernels and juices to core in large bowl
  • 2/3 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon pepper
  • 3 tablespoons butter, salted

Recipe

  • 1 mix all ingredients in large bowl.
  • 2 pur into greased casserole dish.
  • 3 bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
  • 4 do not let dry out.
  • 5 it should be warmed thorugh and creamy!
