Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 8 ounces pasta, any kind
- 2 cups broccoli, raw or lightly steamed
- 2 cups spinach, torn
- 1/2 cup black olives, whole or sliced
- 1 small cucumber, sliced
- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, sliced
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
- 3/4-1 cup red wine and vinegar salad dressing or 3/4-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette or 3/4-1 cup italian salad dressing
Recipe
- 1 prepare pasta.
- 2 combine all ingredients into large bowl.
- 3 add dressing.
- 4 chill.
- 5 enjoy.
