Healthy Pasta Salad

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 8 ounces pasta, any kind
  • 2 cups broccoli, raw or lightly steamed
  • 2 cups spinach, torn
  • 1/2 cup black olives, whole or sliced
  • 1 small cucumber, sliced
  • 1/2 small onion, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste
  • 3/4-1 cup red wine and vinegar salad dressing or 3/4-1 cup balsamic vinaigrette or 3/4-1 cup italian salad dressing

Recipe

  • 1 prepare pasta.
  • 2 combine all ingredients into large bowl.
  • 3 add dressing.
  • 4 chill.
  • 5 enjoy.
