oyster shooter

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 4 shucked oysters
  • 4 teaspoons hot pepper sauce
  • 1 teaspoon prepared horseradish (optional)
  • 1/4 cup , or as needed

Recipe

    Preparation Time: 5 mins Ready Time: 5 mins

  • place each oyster into a shot glass. add one teaspoon of hot sauce to each glass, then add horseradish to taste. fill glasses to the top with , and drink immediately.
