- 2 medium zucchini, 5 to 7 inches long
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 cut zucchini in half lengthwise.
- 2 make criss-cross hatches into the cut side of the flesh.
- 3 season with salt and pepper.
- 4 drizzle with olive oil.
- 5 sprinkle with cumin.
- 6 grill on medium hot grill for about 5 minutes on each side, or until desired tenderness.
