- 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen corn, thawed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 1/4 lb butter
- salt
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 melt butter and cream cheese.
- 2 stir in thawed corn.
- 3 salt and pepper to taste.
- 4 cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
- 5 note: if corn is cold the sauce ingredients will lump up when it's added.
- 6 it will melt out smooth again!
