Favorite Family Corn

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 10
  • 1 (28 ounce) bag frozen corn, thawed
  • 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
  • 1/4 lb butter
  • salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 melt butter and cream cheese.
  • 2 stir in thawed corn.
  • 3 salt and pepper to taste.
  • 4 cook, stirring occasionally, until the sauce has thickened.
  • 5 note: if corn is cold the sauce ingredients will lump up when it's added.
  • 6 it will melt out smooth again!
