Fruit And Rice Stuffing

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 40 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 12
  • 5 cups cooked rice
  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup butter, softened
  • 1/2 cup dried apricot, diced
  • 1/2 cup dried prune, diced
  • 1/2 cup raisins
  • 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl. stuff into poultry and cook as directed, or pack into buttered 8 cup baking dish and bake at 350f 30-40 min until hot and top is browned.
