- 5 cups cooked rice
- 2 cups chopped celery
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup dried apricot, diced
- 1/2 cup dried prune, diced
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1 teaspoon dried marjoram
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Recipe
- 1 combine all ingredients in a large bowl. stuff into poultry and cook as directed, or pack into buttered 8 cup baking dish and bake at 350f 30-40 min until hot and top is browned.
