Grilled Sweet Potato Wedges

Ingredients

- 2 lbs medium sweet potatoes, cut lengthwise into six wedges each
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
Recipe
- 1 light the grill. use a hinged grilling basket if you have one.
- 2 in a large saucepan of boiling salted water, simmer the potatoes until almost tender, ~ five minutes.
- 3 drain, transfer to a large bowl, and toss with the remaining ingredients.
