Harvest Potatoes

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
  • cream of chicken soup
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 -2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted

Recipe

  • 1 grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 3 in a large bowl combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese 1/2 cup butter, and 1 1/2 tsp salt. spoon into baking dish.
  • 4 in small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. sprinkle over potatoes.
  • 5 bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
