Ingredients

- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash browns, thawed
- cream of chicken soup
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 -2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup butter or 1/2 cup margarine
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter or 1/4 cup margarine, melted
Recipe
- 1 grease a 13x9 inch baking dish.
- 2 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 3 in a large bowl combine hash browns, soup, sour cream, cheddar cheese 1/2 cup butter, and 1 1/2 tsp salt. spoon into baking dish.
- 4 in small bowl, combine corn flake crumbs and 1/4 cup melted butter. sprinkle over potatoes.
- 5 bake 45 minutes or until bubbly.
