Holiday Cranberry Mold

Ingredients

- 1 cup ground cranberries
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
- 1 cup hot water
- 1 cup pineapple syrup (drained from canned pineapples)
- 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
- 1/2 cup walnut pieces
- 1 cup celery, chopped
Recipe
- 1 combine cranberries and sugar. dissolve jello in hot water. add pineapple syrup and chill until partially set, add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts, and celery.
- 2 pour into mold and chill till firm.
