Holiday Cranberry Mold

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 cup ground cranberries
  • 3/4 cup sugar
  • 1 (3 ounce) package lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 1 cup pineapple syrup (drained from canned pineapples)
  • 1 cup crushed pineapple (well drained)
  • 1/2 cup walnut pieces
  • 1 cup celery, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 combine cranberries and sugar. dissolve jello in hot water. add pineapple syrup and chill until partially set, add cranberries, pineapple, walnuts, and celery.
  • 2 pour into mold and chill till firm.
