Ginger Noodles

Total Time: 15 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 3
  • 8 ounces thin spaghetti
  • 4 green onions, sliced
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons low sodium soy sauce
  • 1 -2 tablespoon freshly grated gingerroot
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon chili paste
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 cook spaghetti according to package directions; drain.
  • 2 in a small bowl, whisk together all remaining ingredients.
  • 3 place hot cooked spaghetti in a large bowl, add the sauce mixture and toss to coat.
  • 4 serve warm.
