Grecian Green Beans

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 2 cups fresh green beans (2-inch pieces)
  • 1/2 small sweet onion, cut into thin wedges
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 small tomato, cut into eighths
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 dash pepper

Recipe

  • 1 place the beans in a saucepan and cover with water; bring to a boil.
  • 2 cook for 3-4 minutes or until crisp-tender; drain.
  • 3 in a small skillet, saute onion in oil for 3 minutes.
