Hash Brown Lamb Bake

Ingredients

- 2 cups sour cream
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen cubed hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 2 cups cubed cooked lamb
- 1 lb process cheese, cubed (like velveeta)
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 cups crushed corn flakes
- 1/2 cup margarine, melted
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 3 green pepper rings
Recipe
- 1 in a large bowl, combine sour cream and soup. stir in the hash browns, lamb, process cheese, and onion.
- 2 transfer to a greased 3-qt. baking dish. toss cornflake crubms and margarine, sprinkle over the top.
- 3 bake, uncovered at 350 for 50 minutes. sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. bake 10 more minutes or until bubbly. garnish with green pepper rings in center.
