Ingredients
- Servings: 8
- 2 (10 ounce) packages hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 cup bell pepper, chopped
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pint sour cream
- 2 cups sharp cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 mix corn flakes and 1/4 melted butter, set aside.
- 2 mix remaining ingredients thoroughly.
- 3 spread potato mixture evenly in 13x9 inch greased dish.
- 4 spread corn flake mixture over potato mixture.
- 5 bake at 350°f for 45 minutes.
