Hash Brown Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 (20 ounce) package o'brien frozen potatoes, shredded hash brown potatoes, with peppers and onions (o'brien style)
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/4-1/3 cup milk
- 1 1/2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- pepper, to taste
- french-fried onions, crushed, for topping (optional)
Recipe
- 1 thaw potatoes.
- 2 preheat oven to 375°f.
- 3 mix all ingredients, except for french-fried onions, and pour into a 9x9 inch dish.
- 4 bake, covered, for 30 minutes, and uncovered for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- 5 top with french-fried onions and bake for about 5 more minutes, until onions are crispy and slightly browned.
