Holiday Pineapple Stuffing Bake

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 cup salted butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
- 1/2-3/4 cup sugar (or adjust to taste)
- 1 pinch salt (less than 1/8 teaspoon and add in only if using unsalted butter or margarine)
- 4 eggs
- 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
- 5 slices day old bread, cubed
Recipe
- 1 set oven to 350 degrees f.
- 2 grease a 9-inch baking pan.
- 3 in a medium bowl cream the butter or margarine with sugar and salt (if using) until fluffy.
- 4 add in eggs and beat until well combined.
- 5 mix the drained crushed pineapple and the bread cubes.
- 6 transfer to prepared baking dish.
- 7 bake for 1 hour (allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes to firm up).
- 8 delicious!
