Holiday Pineapple Stuffing Bake

Total Time: 1 hr 10 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 1 hr

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1/2 cup salted butter or 1/2 cup margarine, softened
  • 1/2-3/4 cup sugar (or adjust to taste)
  • 1 pinch salt (less than 1/8 teaspoon and add in only if using unsalted butter or margarine)
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained
  • 5 slices day old bread, cubed

Recipe

  • 1 set oven to 350 degrees f.
  • 2 grease a 9-inch baking pan.
  • 3 in a medium bowl cream the butter or margarine with sugar and salt (if using) until fluffy.
  • 4 add in eggs and beat until well combined.
  • 5 mix the drained crushed pineapple and the bread cubes.
  • 6 transfer to prepared baking dish.
  • 7 bake for 1 hour (allow to sit for about 5-10 minutes to firm up).
  • 8 delicious!
