- 1 (10 1/2 ounce) can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup margarine
- 2 cups sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese
- 2 lbs frozen hash browns
Recipe
- 1 combine soup and margarine and bring to boil.
- 2 add remainder of the ingredients in large mixing bowl.
- 3 once mixed place into a 9 x 13 casserole dish.
- 4 bake at 400 for 45 min to 1 hr.
- 5 may take more time at higher altitudes.
