Holiday Brussels Sprouts With Cranberries

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 1 lb brussels sprout, rinsed trimmed and cut in half
  • 3 tablespoons sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dijon mustard
  • salt and pepper
  • 1/3 cup fresh cranberries, coarsely chopped

Recipe

  • 1 -mix together in medium dish; syrup, oil, apple cider vinegar, salt pepper and dijon.
  • 2 -spray bottom of pie dish with cooking spray.
  • 3 -toss brussels sprouts in syrup mixture to coat and put into pie plate.
  • 4 -sprinkle cranberries over top.
  • 5 -bake at 375 for 30 minutes, stir around after 15 minutes.
