Double Cheese And Macaroni

Total Time: 45 mins Preparation Time: 15 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
  • 3 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 3 1/2 cups milk
  • 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups
  • 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded 1 cup
  • 1/2-1 teaspoon salt
  • pepper

Recipe

  • 1 cook macaroni until almost done.
  • 2 preheat oven to 350.
