Ingredients

- 2 cups dry elbow macaroni
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 3 1/2 cups milk
- 8 ounces sharp cheddar cheese, shredded 2 cups
- 4 ounces monterey jack cheese, shredded 1 cup
- 1/2-1 teaspoon salt

Recipe
- 1 cook macaroni until almost done.
- 2 preheat oven to 350.
