Hot And Sour Greens

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb greens (bok choy, kale or collards)
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- 2 large garlic cloves, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon hot red pepper flakes
- 1/4 teaspoon mustard powder
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon light brown sugar
Recipe
- 1 wash and dry greens.
- 2 remove any tough stems.
- 3 slice stems used into 1/4 inch pieces and leaves into 1/2 inch pieces.
- 4 heat canola oil in large skillet over medium heat.
- 5 add garlic and pepper flakes. stir-fry 1 minute.
- 6 add greens along with mustard. stir to combine.
- 7 mix vinegar, soy, and sugar together and add to skillet. toss.
- 8 cover skillet and cook for five more minutes.
