- 1 lb green beans
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
- 1/2 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 tomato, chopped
Recipe
- 1 cook green beans until tender and immediately cool in cold water to stop cooking.
- 2 melt butter in pan. when it is lightly browned, add garam masala and salt.
- 3 add grean beans and toss to coat.
- 4 serve with chopped tomato sprinkled over the top.
