Easy Green Beans Masala

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 lb green beans
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt or 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 tomato, chopped

Recipe

  • 1 cook green beans until tender and immediately cool in cold water to stop cooking.
  • 2 melt butter in pan. when it is lightly browned, add garam masala and salt.
  • 3 add grean beans and toss to coat.
  • 4 serve with chopped tomato sprinkled over the top.
