- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 1/2 cups pancake mix
- 1 (14 ounce) can creamed corn
- applesauce
Recipe
- 1 heat griddle and prepare with cooking spray.
- 2 in bowl, whisk together egg, milk, and oil until smooth.
- 3 stir in pancake mix and corn until combined.
- 4 pour ¼ cup batter per pancake on hot griddle. cook 1-2 minutes per side until golden brown.
