Ingredients

- 1 cup yellow cornmeal or 1 cup cornmeal
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 eggs
- 1 cup cream-style corn
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1 cup sour cream
Recipe
- 1 stir cornmeal, baking powder, baking soda and salt.
- 2 add eggs, mix together.
- 3 stir in corn, oil and sour cream.
- 4 pour into a greased 8x8 inch cake pan.
- 5 bake 400 degs for 25 minutes until brown.
