Emerald Rice

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 3 cups cooked rice
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (4 ounces)
  • 1 cup half-and-half cream
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1 teaspoon salt

Recipe

  • 1 in a bowl, combine all ingredients.
  • 2 transfer to a greased 1 and 1/2 quarts baking dish.
  • 3 cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 to end 35 minutes or until heated through.
