- 1 1/2 lbs yukon gold potatoes
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup garlic scape, very finely chopped
- 1/3 cup whipping cream
Recipe
- 1 cook potatoes in salted boiling water until tender.
- 2 melt butter& saute scapes for about 5 minutes.
- 3 remove from heat& stir in cream.
- 4 drain potatoes& mash.
- 5 add garlic mixture& combine well.
