Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 6 medium yukon gold potatoes or 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled & quartered
- 1 cup milk (low fat is ok)
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3 tablespoons creamy style horseradish
- salt & freshly ground black pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil potatoes for 15- 20 minutes or until tender; drain well.
- 2 heat milk, butter& horseradish in small pot until butter melts.
- 3 mash potatoes, stir in hot milk mixture and season to taste.
