Horseradish Mashed Potatoes

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 6 medium yukon gold potatoes or 6 medium baking potatoes, peeled & quartered
  • 1 cup milk (low fat is ok)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 3 tablespoons creamy style horseradish
  • salt & freshly ground black pepper

Recipe

  • 1 boil potatoes for 15- 20 minutes or until tender; drain well.
  • 2 heat milk, butter& horseradish in small pot until butter melts.
  • 3 mash potatoes, stir in hot milk mixture and season to taste.
