Herb & Butter New Potatoes

Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes
- 1/4 cup butter, softened at room temperature
- 1/4 teaspoon thyme
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
- salt
Recipe
- 1 wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half.
- 2 place potatoes in medium saucepan.
- 3 cover with lightly salted water.
- 4 bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
- 5 drain well.
- 6 add remaining ingredients and toss gently until potatoes are coated.
