Herb & Butter New Potatoes

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 15 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 1/2 lbs new potatoes
  • 1/4 cup butter, softened at room temperature
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme
  • 1/2 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon rosemary
  • salt

Recipe

  • 1 wash potatoes thoroughly and cut in half.
  • 2 place potatoes in medium saucepan.
  • 3 cover with lightly salted water.
  • 4 bring to a boil and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.
  • 5 drain well.
  • 6 add remaining ingredients and toss gently until potatoes are coated.
