Finger Lickin' Cornbread

Total Time: 35 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 ounce) packages jiffy cornbread mix, mixes
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 cup melted butter

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • 2 melt butter.
  • 3 combine butter, eggs, cream cheese and onion.
  • 4 add to dry jiffy mix.
  • 5 combine until fully incorporated and no lumps are visible.
  • 6 pour into greased 9 x 13 pan.
  • 7 bake for 30-35 minutes or until gold brown and center is done.
