Ingredients

- 1 lb green beans
- 8 garlic cloves
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 1 cup chopped walnuts
Recipe
- 1 wash and cut green beans.
- 2 steam until al dente.
- 3 meanwhile, put peeled garlic cloves, bouillon cube, salt and pepper, and olive oil in blender.
- 4 blend until smooth.
- 5 drain green beans.
- 6 pour oil over beans and toss to coat.
- 7 mix in nuts.
