Joan's Green Noodle Ring (spinach Pasta)

Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 1/2 lb spinach noodles
- 3 eggs, separated
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 4 tablespoons sour cream
- pepper
Recipe
- 1 boil noodles in salted water about 7 minutes.
- 2 drain noodles and put into a bowl with the egg yolks, cottage cheese, sour cream and pepper.
- 3 mix with the noodles.
- 4 beat the egg whites and fold into the noodle mixture.
- 5 grease a ring mold very well.
- 6 put the mixture into the mold and cover with foil.
- 7 place mold in another pan with some water and bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
