Garlic-parmesan Oven Fries

Ingredients

- 4 medium russet potatoes
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon sweet paprika
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 teaspoons italian seasoning
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 -3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh parsley
- 1/3 cup shaved fresh parmesan cheese
Recipe
- 1 scrub potatoes, cut in half, and into 8 wedges per half (16 wedges per potato total).
- 2 preheat oven to 450°f.
- 3 toss all ingredients together except parmesan and parsley, mixing until potatoes are evenly coated.
- 4 spread potatoes in an even layer on a greased or nonstick-foil lined baking sheet.
- 5 bake 35-45 minutes or until potates are cooked through and crisp up, stirring potatoes several times during cooking to ensure even browning.
- 6 toss potatoes with parmesan and parsley when they come out of the oven, and adjust salt if necessary.
