Horseradish And Lemon New Potatoes

Total Time: 25 mins Preparation Time: 5 mins Cook Time: 20 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 16 small new potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
  • 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup butter

Recipe

  • 1 heat water to boiling in large saucepan.
  • 2 add whole potatoes and cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
  • 3 meanwhile, in small bowl combine horseradish, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
  • 4 mix well.
  • 5 when potatoes are done, drain.
  • 6 cut in half.
  • 7 melt butter over medium high heat in same saucepan used to cook potatoes.
  • 8 add horseradish mixture, stirring well to combine and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring.
  • 9 add potatoes, gently mix until coated.
