Horseradish And Lemon New Potatoes

Ingredients

- 16 small new potatoes
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 cup butter
Recipe
- 1 heat water to boiling in large saucepan.
- 2 add whole potatoes and cook until tender, about 12-15 minutes.
- 3 meanwhile, in small bowl combine horseradish, lemon juice, garlic and salt.
- 4 mix well.
- 5 when potatoes are done, drain.
- 6 cut in half.
- 7 melt butter over medium high heat in same saucepan used to cook potatoes.
- 8 add horseradish mixture, stirring well to combine and cook for about 2 minutes, stirring.
- 9 add potatoes, gently mix until coated.
- 10 serve warm.
