Hot Sausage Casserole

Ingredients
- Servings: 4
- 1 lb hot breakfast sausage (any brand)
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1 medium chopped green bell pepper
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 2 1/2 ounces lipton instant chicken soup mix
- 1 lb velveeta mexican cheese
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350.
- 2 cube up your velveeta cheese.
- 3 brown sausage in skillet with onions and bell peppers. set aside.
- 4 bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add rice. boil on med high for 10 minutes.
- 5 add both packages of noodle soup mix and boil another 10 minutes.
- 6 pour sausage,onions,and bell peppers into soup and rice.
- 7 add in cheese. cut fire off.
- 8 stir til well mixed.
- 9 pour into casserole dish and bake until bubbling all over.
