Hot Sausage Casserole

Total Time: 50 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 lb hot breakfast sausage (any brand)
  • 1 medium chopped onion
  • 1 medium chopped green bell pepper
  • 1 cup uncooked rice
  • 2 1/2 ounces lipton instant chicken soup mix
  • 1 lb velveeta mexican cheese

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350.
  • 2 cube up your velveeta cheese.
  • 3 brown sausage in skillet with onions and bell peppers. set aside.
  • 4 bring 6 cups of water to a boil and add rice. boil on med high for 10 minutes.
  • 5 add both packages of noodle soup mix and boil another 10 minutes.
  • 6 pour sausage,onions,and bell peppers into soup and rice.
  • 7 add in cheese. cut fire off.
  • 8 stir til well mixed.
  • 9 pour into casserole dish and bake until bubbling all over.
