Ingredients
- Servings: 6
- 2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
- 3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
- 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon caster sugar
- 2 tablespoons hot water
- 8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water
Recipe
- 1 place yoghurt in a bowl.
- 2 whip it well with a wooden spoon.
- 3 add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.
- 4 serve chilled.
