Kashmiri Dahi

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 2 cups yoghurt (500 ml)
  • 3 tablespoons raisins, washed and dried (60gms)
  • 2 walnuts, shelled and finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon caster sugar
  • 2 tablespoons hot water
  • 8 pieces saffron, soaked in the hot water

Recipe

  • 1 place yoghurt in a bowl.
  • 2 whip it well with a wooden spoon.
  • 3 add all the ingredients to the yoghurt.
  • 4 serve chilled.
