Gram’s Secret 24 Hour Potatoes

Ingredients
- 7 -8 medium red potatoes, peeled
- 1/2 cup onion, chopped
- 3/4 cup milk
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 8 ounces sour cream
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dry mustard

Recipe
- 1 par boil peeled potatoes for 5 minutes. do not let potatoes get cooked all the way through, potatoes should remain firm.
- 2 grate potatoes into shreds with box grater.
- 3 in a large bowl mix potatoes, milk, onion, cheese, sour cream, salt, pepper and dry mustard.
- 4 pour mixture in to a 9 x 13 glass baking dish. cover and refrigerate overnight.
- 5 remove dish from refrigerator 1 hour before baking.
- 6 bake at 350 for 45-50 minutes or until top becomes golden brown.
