Deb's Japanese Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup flour 
 
- 2 eggs 
 
- 12 chicken wings, seperated at joints 
 
- 3 tablespoons soya sauce 
 
- 3 tablespoons water 
 
- 1 cup sugar 
 
- 1/2 cup vinegar 
 
- 1/2 teaspoon salt 
 
- 1 teaspoon cornstarch 
 
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 
 
Recipe
- 1 dip wings in beaten eggs and flour and brown in frying pan. 
 
- 2 place in shallow baking pan and spoon sauce over top. 
 
- 3 bake in oven at 350f for 30 minutes. 
 
- 4 turn over and baste every 10 minutes.
