Easy Chile Relleno Casserole

Total Time: 1 hr 2 mins Preparation Time: 12 mins Cook Time: 50 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or 1 1/2 cups shredded mild cheddar cheese, divided
  • 1 (4 ounce) can diced green chilies
  • 2 tablespoons flour
  • 1 1/2 cups milk
  • 3 eggs, lightly beaten

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 sprinkle 3/4 cup cheese into bottom of a lightly greased 8-inch square baking dish.
