Ingredients

- 1 1/2 lbs fresh asparagus 
 
- 1 medium red onion, sliced and separated into rings 
 
- 2 tablespoons olive oil 
 
- 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese 
 
-  salt and pepper 
 
Recipe
- 1 place asparagus in 1/2 inch water in lg skillet. 
 
- 2 bring to a boil. 
 
- 3 reduce heat, cover and simmer for 5 minutes. 
 
- 4 in small skillet, saute onion in oil until crisp-tender. 
 
- 5 place asparagus on plate. 
 
- 6 top with onions and feta.
