Jean's Risotto Plus

Total Time: 40 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 4
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 1 shallot, finely chopped
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons thyme
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons rosemary
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons italian parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1 cup arborio rice
  • 1/2 cup wine or 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups chicken broth

Recipe

  • 1 in olive oil sweat onions, shallots and garlic until translucent.
