Cucumber Casserole

Ingredients

- 2 large cucumbers
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 (6 ounce) package pepperidge farm salad dressing mix
- 1 (10 ounce) can cheese soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- butter
Recipe
- 1 cut peeled cucumbers into chunks.
- 2 put in suacepan with onion and parboil in salted water.
- 3 cucumbers should be just slightly cooked.
- 4 drain all water.
- 5 place a layer of cucumber/onion mixture in a casserole.
- 6 sprinkle with dressing mix.
- 7 dressing mixture should be 1/4 to 1/2" thick.
- 8 dot with butter.
- 9 continue layers until all cucumbers are used.
- 10 dilute 1 can (10 ounces) cheese soup with 1/2 c milk.
- 11 pour on top of layers of cucumber and dressing mix.
- 12 sprinkle on top with dressing mix.
- 13 bake at 350 until bubbly.
