Ingredients

- 1/2 tablespoon margarine
- 1/2 tablespoon flour
- 1/4 cup nonfat milk
- 1/8 cup powdered milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 melt margarine in pan.
- 2 add flour and mix until smooth.
- 3 combine milks and add to flour slowly, stir constantly.
