Ingredients

- 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
- 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
- 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Recipe
- 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- 2 spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
- 3 mix all ingredients together except topping ingredients in a large bowl.
- 4 spoon into pan.
- 5 in a small bowl mix topping ingredients.
- 6 sprinkle over potato mixture.
- 7 bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
