Harvest Potatoes

Total Time: 55 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 45 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 8
  • 1 (32 ounce) package frozen hash brown potatoes
  • 1 (10 3/4 ounce) can condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cup butter, melted
  • 1 medium onion, chopped (optional)
  • 2 cups corn flakes, crushed
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Recipe

  • 1 preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • 2 spray 13 x 9 pan with cooking spray.
  • 3 mix all ingredients together except topping ingredients in a large bowl.
  • 4 spoon into pan.
  • 5 in a small bowl mix topping ingredients.
  • 6 sprinkle over potato mixture.
  • 7 bake for 45 minutes or until golden brown and bubbly.
