Eggnog Salad Mold

Total Time: 30 mins Preparation Time: 20 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 6
  • 10 ounces mandarin oranges
  • 3 ounces lemon jell-o gelatin
  • 2 teaspoons brandy or 2 teaspoons rum
  • 3/4 cup eggnog

Recipe

  • 1 drain oranges, reserving juice.
  • 2 add water to juice to make 1-1/4 cups.
  • 3 heat until boiling and dissolve jello.
  • 4 add brandy or rum and eggnog.
  • 5 chill until slightly thick.
  • 6 fold in orange sections and pour into a 3-cup mold.
  • 7 chill.
