Garlic Soy Spinach

Total Time: 20 mins Preparation Time: 10 mins Cook Time: 10 mins

Ingredients

  • Servings: 2
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil or 1 1/2 teaspoons peanut oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 bunch fresh spinach, washed and stems removed
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 pinch sugar
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Recipe

  • 1 heat oil in a wok or skillet over medium high heat; add garlic and cook until lightly browned, 1 or 2 minutes.
  • 2 add spinach and saute, stirring, until wilted, about 5 minutes.
  • 3 add soy sauce and sugar, cook another minute; sprinkle with sesame seeds.
