Ingredients

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 6 cups beets, cooked and diced
- 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
- 2 tablespoons honey
Recipe
- 1 melt butter in a large saute pan, and add the beets.
- 2 toss to coat.
- 3 add the mustard and honey.
- 4 continue cooking until beets are heated through.
