Honey Mustard Beets

Ingredients

• Servings: 6
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 6 cups beets, cooked and diced
• 2 tablespoons dijon-style mustard
• 2 tablespoons honey

Recipe

• 1 melt butter in a large saute pan, and add the beets.
• 2 toss to coat.
• 3 add the mustard and honey.
• 4 continue cooking until beets are heated through.
